Concentric Solutions was founded by Roger with a simple but powerful belief: sustainable change begins with people.


After decades in Human Resources and organizational development, one theme became clear - whether it was a CEO navigating reform, a manager struggling with workforce alignment, or a small business owner growing without a dedicated HR team, the challenges always came back to people.

Roger is a senior HR professional with over 30 years of executive and management experience in strategic human resource management across the Caribbean. He holds a master's degree in human resource management from the ALJ Graduate School of Business and a BSc in Management from the University of the West Indies. Roger specializes in HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, and performance systems that effectively align human capital management with business growth. 


He has successfully led HR transformation initiatives in various sectors including energy services, financial services, manufacturing, aviation, industrial estate management, and non-profits, delivering significant results in workforce alignment, leadership development, industrial relations practice, and culture change. 


Roger is recognized for designing and executing solutions to complex business challenges, building high-performing teams, and driving cross-functional alignment to support growth and change. His work consistently integrates people strategy with business outcomes.
